Are there any addons which can simulate random errors in the DGIV?

Are there any add ons for the DG-IV that make it so that random malfunctions can occur. For example making the engines cut out or the autopilots fail? It would add another level of difficulty for me, and make it more necessary to have a pilot. At the moment, almost all aspects of a typcial LEO mission can be done by autopilot in the DG-IV.
I love the DG-IV, but it gets a bit boring knowing that nothing can go wrong. The only way something can go wrong is if I make a mistake, usually during re-entry. And I've got to a stage where I rarely make errors. Any advice?

I know that AMSO and SSF/SSU have failure simulation. I'm not aware however of any universal addon that can implement random failure simulation to any craft.

Would be cool, though.

Yea and that's one of the things that makes AMSO awesome. Like descending on the lunar surface, only to get an error message and start panicking.
A universal one would be cool. I just wondered if there was one for the DG-IV, although I did expect the answer might be no unfortunately.

Yeah, it would be cool if a message comes up on the system warnings screen saying "a small meteoroid has hit the main fuel tank, all main thruster fuel has been lost."
