Project Atlas A ICBM: America's First

Mr. MJR, it's nice to be working with you again. Out of common knowledge, I do know that the Atlas A was America's first ICBM and Atlas rocket. Here is a link that I posted a while back:

Another fact I know is that the ICBM was designated SM-65. That being, the Atlas A was designated SM-65A. Other than that, I belive it is the same as last time. Oh, the Atlas A had only 2 engines and no verniers. The differences you can probably see in the pictures.

Cool. The noticeable parts will probably be the interior and etc. I also plan on making the engine's interior too. This model will be highly detailed, therefore release is not soon. Oh yeah, do you have any pictures or diagrams like the ones for F?

I look forward to launching it at the Cape. Do you think Mr. Liber and Mr. 4throck would like to help us?

Possibly. If anything, I would like 4th rock to do texturing and liber to fix up anything that needs to be modified slightly.

Unfortunately, I don't have any diagrams.

I guess I'll just look at the pictures then. Not too much of a problem. I have a great idea though. After I finish up all the Atlas's, I will make a package and have a scenario where all of them will be launched.

Will they all be launched at the Cape?

If you would like to.

It would help if they were, since everyone has the Cape, and only the Atlas F was launched at Altus AFB.

Yeah. Right now I am working on the mainbody. On the most part it looks like F, but you can tell what is different.

Should I set a launch date in Cape Canaveral: 1962 :lol: (for a beta, that is)?

When can I expect the beta, if it's not too much trouble?
