Problem Atmospheric autopilot in DGIV-2 causes problems

the atmospheric auto pilot when engaged,causes the elevons to completely disappear,why this is i am still clueless

So the Autopilot can rotate the ship normally while for manual control it doesn't?

im saying that there is no changes in flying just that elevons disappear,i think i could make that more clear in the thread

I think DGIV's eleveon's disappear when they got damaged...do you hear a alarm when piloting the DGIV?

nope,just swiched on the AP and they were gone
