General Question Auto FCS no Land sites

Hi! When i try for reentry using AUTO FCS there is no landing sites.
Am i doing something wrong?

I did a search and read those threads. My thought was that... since those threads have been "dead" for about 4 months maybe something new has come up.
Thats why I posted a new thread.

Perhaps you should have mentioned that you used the search first!

A bit more searching and you would have found that the author of AFCS has been contacted and is working on an update - but no release date has been set. Just keep an eye on threads relating to Shuttle Fleet, and when it's ready they will release it.

Yea, that bit of information might have been usefull sorry for that,
Meanwhile, have you or someone else any tips for a good tutorial on say the sts1 mission or similar, that gives an idea how to land manully? I am currently using snorklemonkeys excellent tutorials but this far i have only seen reentries using afcs...

That first thread gave a few tips like tapping the B key for AoA hold, and the settings to use on BaseSyncMFD to time the de-orbit burn.

Both AerobrakeMFD and Glideslope (both at Orbit Hangar) can help with the rest of the re-entry.

There are hundreds of threads detailing how to use these tools for a manual re-entry.
