Hi all,

I recently installed STS payloads, and it has modified the AutoFCS base position entries. I didn't want this to happen anyway, but it has changed the KSC entry so that the shuttle doesn't line up with the runway correctly (It is about 50 feet to the right when on finals). Can anyone post some working AutoFCS entries?

Thanks.

Which canaveral CFG are you using for the KSC? the one in config\earth\base or one you have created and put into \config? AutoFCS can ONLY read from \config so you might need to edit the config files to get it all to work.

I followed the instructions on here:

http://www.orbiterwiki.org/wiki/AutoFCS

This is how I had it before, so hopefully it will work. Is it this code which defines the places the program thinks the runways are?:
Canaveral: -80.675000 +28.520800 ;80°40'30.00"W 28°31'14.88"N
Edwards: -117.838620 +34.918400 ;117°50'19.03"W 34°55'6.24"N

No that is the place where AutoFCS thinks the Base is, it then takes the runways offset from the base .cfg. So if you install one of the upgraded KSC scenery the base position may be different. So take the Location from the base config (canaveral.cfg) file and put it in your earth.cfg
