General Question Base maker for 2016?

So, if I’m not mistaken, the Orbiter Base Maker doesn’t work with Orbiter 2016. Is there a version that does work with it or something similar?

Base Maker works in O2016 you can move and lift bases with this program i fixed "Baikonur Pad5 LC1" (converting tiles is another story)

you edit the base in the program and move the file .cfg to path Config\Earth\Base\
