The school is named after Giovanni Falcone's wife (Francesca Morvillo), who also died in the Capaci bombing, nearly 20 years ago.
The school also won the first prize in the "Look at legality right in the face" ("guarda la legalità in faccia" - sorry, I don't know how to better translate it) against the mafia.

Message sounds terribly clear...
