This add-on uses a single 8192x8182 pixels DDS texture for the surface of the island (bermuda.dds - 85 MB file size).
This texture size isn't supported by Orbiter being run on Windows XP, even if graphics card supports such size, and even if Orbiter is run on Windows Vista or 7, then graphics card might not support such large texture.
Some users reported (on the O-F ChatBox, before the comments thread has been created), that the island doesn't show up for them (on Windows Vista and on Windows 7), and only shows after it's rescaled down to for example 2048x2048.
I can confirm that it doesn't show up on my GF 8800 graphics card, which although supports 8192x8192 textures, but I'm using Windows XP there, and will show after I rescale it to 4096x4096. On the other hand, on my netbook with Windows 7, this texture isn't supported either, but because of the graphics card.
Possible solution: Either rescale the whole texture to a smaller size without editing the mesh, or divide the texture into 4 or 9 (with rescaling) or 16 smaller parts and edit the mesh to divide it into the same number of groups which will use their own texture, and apply new UV maps to the mesh.
