And although I am normally against creepy alien movies actually showing the aliens, this time they just have to. You don't get more terrifying than one of those bug-eyed things staring at you.

If you say so. But Rama 2 and 3 were co-written by Clarke and Gentry Lee, not Clarke solo. And I do not hold Gentry Lee's writing in high regard. I like him even less because when I saw his name on the cover at first I thought it said "Geddy Lee".
