The best one is the one that does what you need it to do. For example, if it's just word processing then all of those are overkill.

The question is flawed for the options given. None of the options are the best card, all you have proposed are multiple-card solutions.
If you're not paying for it, get the most expensive one you can get away with and feel lucky. If you are, pick your favourite brand, shoot as high up the range as you can afford, and you'll probably wind up with a solid card.

I have an EVGA GTX470 that I bought new from some guy on Craigslist for $250. I love this card! BF2 on full settings Flightsim X runs pretty good, and has almost all of the performance of the GTX480 without the "top of the line" price.

I'm using one that came with my computer that I bought at Aldi. It works great, I can run most games without the highest if not near the highest settings.
