General Question Best way to find frequencies

This may be a slightly noobish question, but I'm looking for a good way to find frequencies of particular spaceports when I'm reentering from earth orbit. So far I've just been referring to the documentation of the checklist scenarios to find the frequencies for the ISS and its dock as well as Cape Canaveral. And when I look up the in-game listing, there are so many and for some reason it just stops at 112.70. I've also been doing what I can with the scanning tool on the COM/NAV MFD but that hasn't been much help. What would be the best way of accomplishing this?

Looks like that could be quite useful. I've loaded it up and once I have more time I can probably get the hang of it. Thanks!

Have you tried CTRL+I? ('Object Info'). Brings up a selectable list of object info, rather than the long navaid list from the main F4 menu. Also if you zoom in on the Map window (not MFD) you can see Navaids/freqs.
