When I got to a altitude of more then 15 the blimp practicably exploded

I didn't think this worked in 2010 P1. I tried it out and the blimps just sat like rocks on the ground.

Oh yea I just realized I was using 2010. But this does work on 2006.

Is there a version of this for O2010P1 or similar? Also, how do you add buoyancy to a vessel?
