Yes: Don't use this addon. It doesn't work with the latest releases of Orbiter.
Sorry about being so blunt, but that's all you can do for now. The addon is about 8 years old, so unless you get the source code and update it, there's no way to make it work well, if at all.

Seems not to work this easy...
I did re-compile the Buran DLLs against the Orbiter 2010-P1 [v100830] with no change. Still nothing visible.
