General Question Camera Controls

Is there a way to rotate the camera other than on the 2 axis' allowed with the right mouse button? For instance if i have the Delta V on the pad can i rotate around it while keeping it verticle? Thanks in advance.

F4 -> Camera -> Ground -> Current
