Can someone help me with I-tunes?

I'm trying to get "Space Cowboy" and "Cosmic Destiny" on my Ipod nano, but I can't remember how I did it. I got Day after Tomorrow on it after ripping it and converting it to the same format as the Tex films, but I can't remember how I got it on there.
