Canaveral 39A - Adds a simple pad along side the orbiter out of the box 39B using the same meshes positioned correctly on the tile. Includes a simple demo scenario with two shuttles on pads at the same time.

Warning - May colide with other canaveral add-ons if you have installed any.

I will use this in some of my other scenarios.

Enjoy

This is what Orbiter needed in the base package. I'm definitely getting this!

I just can not understand the perceived need for add ons that anybody with even the most rudimentary set of skills could do themselves.
This is not even an upgrade to the pad. It's a "cut & paste" job of the default meshes for 39A .

But what about those who do not possess even the most rudimentary skills? ;)

Are u attacking my rudimentary "cut & paste" skills? I just needed a simple pad for my STS-400 scenario without dictating what pad people should have. If folks want one of the high detailed 39A add-ons, go for it. I never claimed it was an upgrade, unless its an upgrade from the flat tile with a rocket hovering 30ft above!

But for people with littles machines (I run orbiter on a Acer e-Book!) why not reuse 39B. As someone said above, why wasnt 39A in the base release? Im guessing as almost all shuttles have lauched from B and A has been largely a backup?

Attack? No. But as discussed elsewhere on this forum, there's been a rash of pointlessly simple "add ons" uploaded to OH recently.

Within the context of using your 39B on a laptop or notebook (admittedly egocentric of me to not consider that some may run Orbiter on smaller machines), your add on is fine and will be appreciated by the folks who need it.

Perhaps Vash might consider a subdirectory of add ons optimized or designed for use on smaller machines. It might make finding add ons such as yours easier for those users to find.

All apologies...now let's go fly something!
