Installation Can't download Install file

Hey there,


There seems to be an issue when I try to download the install file for Orbiter 2016.


I've tried from all the Mirror sites using the MSI and Zip packages but every time I download it, it gets to about 7% or 8% and then it says that "the download was interrupted".


When I try to "resume" the download, it just says the download is finished and asks me if I want to run the file.


Anyone else experience this issue? Is there a different method to download the installer packages?


I'm using IE11 to download on Windows 7.
