No, the .ini values are wrong. You need to add some cargo for the guidance to work and a 10ton fairing seems a bit too much....

Your reference seems good, I think you can try with those values.

The payload is just for show, using the shenzhou mesh with 1500kg.
And I didn't fix the exausts and other effects

You will need a good guidance, but the default autopilot will get you into orbit with fuel to spare.
The scenario needs altitude adjustment, but it's a start.
