IMFD Changing Burn Guidance Mode in IMFD

Ok I think this should be my last question. I've managed to get to mars with a decent fuel consumption but when I fast forward 500 days to the time for the TEI I find that the TEI burn has to happen about half way between my apogee and perogee and not at my perogee which is where i want it because that would minimize the fuel needed for TEI is there anyway to set up my MOI burn so that my TEI will be at or around perogee?

I think it's the other way around. You should try to match your perigee to the TEI point.

The most efficient TEI point will always be in the same place for a certain launch date. You could either change your ejection date or burn prograde/retrograde to move your perigee to the TEI point.
