Idea Closing windows with keyboard

After opening a window with the keyboard (for example F3 or F4) it would be extremely useful if one could shut that window with the same key.

Just press ALT+F4. But pay attention: the focus has to be on the that window, otherwise you will quit Orbiter.

I like this idea. F3 to open, F3 to close. F4 to open, F4 to close. It makes too much sense!

Actually when you open a window it can happen that the focus is on the main windows, so you can't use ALT+F4.
I think this could be a suggestion for newer Orbiter version, rather than for an add-on.

I like this. I don't have the hugest monitor around, so I always end up with cluttered MFDs and windows all over he place. (It doesn't help that I have to use Rcontrol in place of a numpad.) This would make a nice (and fairly easy to add) addition to the next Orbiter.

I agree, this would be very nice, if only to promote my laziness - using a keyboard is far less effort than using a mouse
