Question Clouds

How do you create clouds on a planet that move and are in the atmosphere opposed to just written in with the texture?

Artlav's Nebo. Doesn't quite work in 2010 yet.

There is some fix for it, but it is potentially unstable. I'm not sure where the fix is here, but it was posted as an attachment. It might even be in the original release thread.
