So, I'm trying to fly a mission to Mars with the James Cook, attached on Port 1 is a DG-IV, Port 3 has an Antares LR capsule, and Port 7 has an XR5 attached.

My problem here is that when I do the TMI burn using AB, the RCS is unable to sufficiently position the ship (possibly due to CoG shift). When I did it manually, I noticed a rather heavy drift that prevented me from doing the burn without spinning out. Is there a way to keep the ship flying correctly? Closest idea I have now is to have the docked ships assist with their APs.

Many vessels incorporate Main Engine gimbal/trim for exactly this reason. If the James Cook does not than I'm afraid that using the docked vessel's APs to Help is the only viable solution.

I probably have a solution, but It'll make things needlessly complicated, ah well.
