Software CTD with Space Shuttle Final Approach scenario

Under the Tutorial Icon for space shuttle fnal approch I get an error message
that says Orbiter.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. If you were working on something the information you were working on might be lost.
And then it shows a error report to send to Microsoft. Which I have done four times now with no results.
I run Windows XP professional SP/3
Any tips on what I can do to fix the problem.

Edit: Sorry, no, I don't mean what shuttle, I mean what version of Orbiter? It's late...
