Hi Marcindzn,

You have most prabably incompatible versions of Orbiter and D3D9Client installed (2010-P1 vs. 2016).

Here's the latest build D3D9ClientR16.5 for Orbiter 2010-P1 (somewhat buried in the thread. see notes below):
https://www.orbiter-forum.com/showthread.php?p=530736&postcount=3691

Note:
I know it has become a little bit confusing, but there are several versions of D3D9Client for different Orbiter environments:
For Orbiter 2010-P1 (usually specially marked with "for 2010-P1"),
for Orbiter 2016 (usually specially marked with "for 2016"),
for Orbiter 2016 BETA (usually specially marked with "BETA").

Thanks kuddel for reply.
After D3D9ClientR16_5 installation there's no error while launching Orbiter. But when I start scenario witch shuttle fleet V4.8R2 it look like this:

I started somewhere in the ocean, without possibility of steering and there's not any vehicle in exterior view.

Either you have some files left from the D3D9 Orbiter 2016 version left in your 2010 directory or Shuttle Fleet was not installed in the good way. You should try to do a clean install of the simulator to remove theses problems ;)
