Short answer, no. There are no add-ons that will let you enter a target planet (or moon), push a button, and get there. There are tools that will help you. TransferMFD can get you to the moon or mars, but it's not the best tool.
TransX also comes with Orbiter, and can get you anywhere in the solar system. It's not easy to use, however. You will need a pretty good understanding of spaceflight to use it.
IMFD (an add-on found at
http://koti.mbnet.fi/jarmonik/Orbiter.html ) will also get you anywhere, and is a bit easier to use. It also has an "autoburn" feature that will orient the vessel and apply the needed thrust. You still need a good idea of how spaceflight is done, but IMFD makes it a bit easier.
Do a search of the forum for things like "TLI", "TMI", "TransX" and "IMFD" and you'll find tutorials and advice on how to use these tools. Chances are, any question you may have has already been asked, and answered. If you ask a fairly basic question and no-one answers, it usually means we've already answered this question here on the forum, and don't want to repeat ourselves.
