Problem Delta Glider IV

I downloaded and installed Dan's Delta Glider and for some reason I do not have the same Cockpit as the screenshots and I attempted to do the EVA Tutorial it came with and used the ALT+CTRL+DOWN command to go to lower panel but I did not have a lower panel, Any help would be appreciated thanks alot for your time.


FIXED: I for some reason saw ALT but it is not ALt as you all may know that sorry to waste your time with something this stupid.
