OHM DG Textures Enhancement

Here is some enhancements to DG Textures : Shadows, Ambiant Oclusion, radiosity lights.
Shadows are applied to textures, so this is NOT a modules that renders on-vessel shadows in realtime into Orbiter.
Textures are alway 512x512, so the shadows may be rough.

First release, there may e some work on it after.

Thanks ! On a future version, why not working woth 1024 (or 2048?) textures sizes ? I think it would be even more realistic ! To be though ...
