New Release DGIV-3, UCGO 2.5 and UMMU 2.5 christmas release

I promised a release for Christmas, here you are, appart UMMu 2.5 which is work in progress (but fully usable) The UCGO 2.5 and DGIV-3 are almost completely finished with the new stunning Arrow Freighter and the new feature of the DGIV-3. BE WARNED THIS IS NOT THE FINAL RELEASE, the addons are not tested and corrected as I like, so use at your own risk.

You need Orbiter 2010P1 (version 100830+), you have a slightly older version with no local light source support.
