Flight Question DGIV and Arrow Freighter

So I finally docked the DG into the Arrow Freighter and now I was wondering how do I transfer my crew into the freighter and refuel the DG.

Please consult the UCGO and UMMU documentation, I can't remember it offhand (I use mainly the ground vehicles) but there is a key to transfer crew while docked. Heck, just guessing, could it be the T key xD

I'm pretty sure it is as simple as opening the airlocks clicking the EVA button once docked. To refuel, just get line pressure and select which tank you want to refuel. The procedures for both are in the manuals.

Ya know, I've tried that, docked to the Longshot and my experience was that, while it says the crew is unloaded to the 'mother ship', if I switch to Longshot, they're not there. You end up having to EVA them to the docked vessel once its airlock is open. I think I just left undone whatever was the last thing on the 'safe mode' checklist, APU I think it was, before EVAing.

Yes as Sunshine points out, the documentation is critical for making addons fully functional.

Not only for the DGIV. Reading the documentation is crucial for all but the simplest of addons. So open the files in your addon folder, pour some Romulan Ale and enjoy the authors' creativity.

Yea, the best thing to do is to simply EVA everyone from the DGIV into the Arrow. Ignore the 'Safe mode', but don't forget to power off everything first (upper panel) for added realism and absurd complexity! :speakcool:

I use safe-mode checklist if the mothership is not UMMU-compatible, and just Power-off cockpit checklist if it is, and then EVA all crewmembers.

I only use safe mode for DG on TX ferry flights otherwise I just power most of the systems off and keep it in standby.
