does anyone remember the Empire of the rising sun from C and C red alert 3?
could someone make DGIV skins for...
- The Allies
- The Soviets
- The Empire

I have no idea what to do... and i dont have photoshop.

You don't need photoshop. Use Paint.NET which is free and can handle DDS.

No one knew what to do the first time but that's what practice is all about.
