Installation Did the Mars texture mirror sites go down?

I'm trying to avoid the blocky looking disparity between the newest Mars textures and the default textures. I read that I must install all previous Mars texture packs in order to make the most recent texture blend better at the edges.

However, it appears the mirror websites are down?

That page wasn't updated with current links to the textures.

Thank you for the reply! I'm using the latest Mars texture level from there, but there is a stark border visible when the new texture gives way to the old. I read somewhere I could fix this by loading the old texture upgrades Levels 1-8, but I'm not finding the old textures on any of those pages.

If there is a different way to fix the textures, that would be great too. Here is a picture of the texture discrepencies:
