A little off-topic, but I'm a little baffled by the IAU's unwillingness to declare 2007 OR10, which is bigger than Haumea and Makemake, a dwarf planet.

From the orbital period (700 years vs 165 for Neptune) it seems to be in resonance with Neptune - at a ratio of 17:4

EDIT - correction, according to this its orbit isn't 700 years, it's 733. Not such a clean resonance after all.
