What version of the Eagle Transport space 1999 is better and where to get it?

That depends. My Eagle3 on Moonbase Alpha is Ummu capable So is the Dll version. My modules are Ummu capable. The Eagle 3 has the buggy stored int he rear section.

The Dll version is a much more detailed mesh

You really can't just get the Moon Base Alpha.
