Problem Earth night pixeled glitch

Hi everyone
Does anyone have this problem? I have this annoying glitch on the dark face of the earth, everything which is dark becomes pixeled, this happens on the load screen too!!!

Thank you for your answer. If you don't see any issue probably it is something with my monitor/resolution.


EDIT: SOLVED! It was my gamma setting in the Nvidia control panel too high (2 instead of 1). Thank you again.
