Request Educational Materials for Use With Orbiter

I would like to find some educational materials for use with Orbiter. Like learning how to calculate Hohmann Transfer Orbits, ApA altitude based on PeA and Pe Vel, etc.

I find it much easier to learn stuff if its interactive, and i think Orbiter would be perfect for this kind of stuff.
