Idea Energia II & Vulkan - anyone working on these?

Hi there,
There is already a superb Energia addon. But i was wondering if the developer of that, or someone else, was or is working on the Energia II & Vulkan versions (super heavy lift)

The Vulkan is on hold by Kulch atm. I believe that he was also working on other variants of the Energia.

Well this is good, however what are the plans / timeframes to have these finished, even in beta?

ATM both I believe are on hold. I am unsure how far he has progessed with them.
