Thank you guys, with OBM create surface bases is easier than before. Surface Wizard is good but OBM is more understandable.

and like what N_Molson said earlier, its an 'interesting' position to launch spacecraft from!

A much better example of how to use the orbiter Base Maker. It's a good starting point and hopefully you'll expand upon it. I like the tiles, but try editing them to correct the color imbalance that runs down the middle of the airport.
