When the time comes to align with the small x in tranx in maneuvre mode, in space shuttle Atlantis, it can be very difficult because the space shuttles thrusters are aimed slightly upward. The only other method im familiar with so far is the synchronize mfd and the direct ascent on the launch mfd. Is there another mfd similar to transx's maneuvre mode I can use? My goal is to rendezvous with an orbiting vessel.

To be fair, TransX is designed mostly for interplanetary flights... Which is something that the space shuttle is rather ill-suited to do. As such I don't quite see the need to use it with TransX.

...the Space Shuttle is only limited to Low Earth Orbit, not even capable of flights to the moon.

How about attitude MFD.

Alternatively, just use sync orbit and dock MFD, perhaps transx, though able, is not the optimum tool. It is possible to tighten a range of nuts with a crescent wrench, but a fixed size tool may fit better into smaller spaces

Ty for your help, but sometimes its more fun to use a manual screwdriver instead of an electric screw driver.

Yes, but it's rather less fun to use a hammer instead... :shifty:

You can use it for LEO stuff yeah I suppose, but for the Shuttle, I dont really recommend it. I dont recommend really TransX or IMFD for rendezvous with the Shuttle. It will give you solutions that require far more dV than I am comfortable with spending in the Shuttle. Remember, you dont have much in those OMS pods, and what is the point of rendezvousing, if you have no fuel left in the tanks to de-orbit?

The auto-burn in any IMFD burn mode will correctly point the thrusters, though the cross-hair will still be misaligned.
