Hmmm... Would make a good addon scenario. Using a Dragonfly-like spacecraft, dock with the satillite, move it to a graveyard orbit, and return to LEO.

Bad situation... was a pretty young satellite, and failed suddenly. that the back-up guidance mode also failed makes it look even more strange.

Just looking at the gravity potential where it failed, possible that it will do repeated passes between India and Africa over longer time.
