I'm a new guy to orbiter. I'm trying to learn a lot from the tutorials but there seems to me an awful lot of them. Is there a single tutorial that shows everything you need to know about MFD's?
Start with the Orbiter Manual for instructions on the MFD's, and definitely get the "Go Play in Space" tutorial. Those are the best starting points for learning.
I also recommend starting in space, and learning how to change planes and adjust orbits first. Once you have a better understanding of how orbits work it's much easier to launch a vessel into orbit.
First off, welcome to the forums!
I recommend Go Play in Space. It is a very good "all around" tutorial.

There isn't a single tutorial that tells you everything about all the MFDs (as far as I know), because it wouldn't make much sense to do that. Each MFD is meant for (or at least, is useful for), certain purposes. I suppose someone could simply write up a description of all the MFDs, but it makes sense to write descriptions of how to achieve things (like how to fly from one planet to another). In order to do these things, the MFDs are pretty much necessary (unless you're already really really good, but in that case why are you reading a tutorial about it?) so it makes sense to describe the use of the required MFDs in the course of describing how to do whatever you're trying to teach.
