Question good NASSP tutorials

im going to try out NASSP, as i love the mon and darting to and fro, but so far havent been able to get going, ive tried once, but the sheer amount of new information just dumbfoudned me.

are there any "easy on the noob" tutorials to get to know NASSP from the bottom level?
