good textures for 2006?

I used to use orbiter 2005, which looked great with some new textures. I can't find any good earth textures for Orbiter 2006 that work, they all crash the program. Do I need a patch or something?

Now you're talking of it, what are the Textures with the highest/best resolution out there?
(I don't want to download them all and test them, it would take an eternity ).

I recommend Seth Eden's Earth L10 texture. It has some image errors in South America, but that's not a big problem. If you have problems with these errors use the ones from orbitersim.com (seems to be down currently). Also you should check if you have Orbiter 2006 P1 (the newest version) to make sure that they work. If you want resolutions higher than L10 try out the new Beta versions of Orbiter.
