Made me think of this one -

I've done it only at the doctors office. You know how you have an appointment and if you're x time late they tell you that you have to reschedule and that there is still a "missed office visit" fee. Well... I got sick (pun intended) of going to the doctors (or dentist's) office 5-10 minutes early and waiting 45 minutes to an hour past my appointment. My time is just as valuable. I pulled out an invoice from my laptop bag and filled it out and handed it to a very surprised and bewildered front desk girl. They didn't pay it but it did feel good. :facts:
