Indeed - Hard to believe it has only been 10 years, but that ^ will sadly take more than a lifetime with the world's current interest in space exploration or advancement. Happy Birthday, ISS!
I just saw ISS pass through my sky at almost zenith at the brightest I've ever seen it! Really special to see it knowing it's the tenth anniversary and that the spacewalkers are out there working on it! Really special!
I had a ISS sighting last night in New Jersey, USA, last night. (11-19)I had forgotten about the 10-year anniversary until I saw something about it on the news this morning.
ISS looked like a very faint, very fast-moving star. It was clearly visible, but you wouldn't have seen it unless you knew where it would be. I guess I got to see the ISS on the last night of it's first 10-years...
In eastern USA, we're into some prime viewing times over the next few days. I'll be trying again as soon as we get some clear nights.
