General Question Heightmaps to .MSH format?

Is this even possible?
This would definatly make surface bases even more appealing without having to have Orulex activated....
 
If you have 3D Studio Max it's very simple.

Use heightmap as Displacement Map and save model in .3ds format
Then convert it to msh and it's done.
