I'm yet another returning orbinaut. I first downloaded Orbiter in 2006 and tried to play it without sound or addons. I quitted in fear, thinking it was some kind of training simulator.

I had never registered here because I considered myself too ignorant on space science matters to even learn something from the experience. I have left it and returned dozens of times (mainly whenever my overgrown Orbiter installation broke). I have come to understand it and love it.

In any case, that's not why I registered. I see all kinds of exciting stuff happening here all the time and I hope I will get to be part of it in one way of another :tiphat:

So hi there!

:welcome: to the forum!

Don't worry. It's not that hard! :)

And :welcome: to the forums!

Don't feel alone in that - when I showed people how to properly launch a shuttle in technical college, everyone ran away in fear. That was 5-6 years ago.

Now, when I show pictures of art deco XR5s with 600 tons of cargo flying a RATO ascent, everyone cowers as they should in my office :D

You see when you start you cant go away. It's a part of the addiction! Any way welcome.
