How Do I restract the RSS and FSS when taking off atlantis?

I think you mean Atlantis and it depends on what addon you are using, you should check the readme of what ever one you are using, that should tell you everything you need to know like the key's needed to use it

I got the RSS and FSS retracted, how do I turn on apu's and hyrdraulics systems? The readme's and manuals for the Space Shuttle Ultra mod do not state how to.

You might want to try the Shuttle Fleet addon if you are new to orbiter, it is much easier to understand then you can move on to SSU later :thumbup:
