How long did your longest running car ever last?

the family car, bought two weeks before 9/11, and sold in Jan. of this year, had just over 100,000 miles on it

I sold my 2000 Hyundia Elantra in 2005 with 198,000 miles on it. The guy had a very large pickup truck and was very desperate for something that got better mileage. Last I talked to him it was still on the road.

The next day (Labor Day 2005) I bought another Elantra, this one has 179,000 miles. I want to break my old record before I get another one.

My daughters car we bought used, but we knew the previous owner. It's a 1995 Nissan Altima with 243,000 miles. She will be getting something new(er) when she goes off to college this fall.

My mom's Oldsmobile station wagon lasted about 10 years, and had more than 300,000 miles. Oh, it disappeared ages ago, and we've had many vehicles since then. But that old thing was a trooper:)

Currently at 13 years and 138000 km and counting.

03 GT mustang, tuned, ive had for 7 years and counting. 95k miles on her. Only 24 but by far the best car ive owned (and I wasnt even a mustang fan before, just got a good deal)

I don't drive very much. I still have my first car--a 1996 Buick Regal which my grandfather gave me in 2004. At the time it only had 28000 (approx) miles. It just "rolled over" 65535 last week :P

I also have a 1991 Camaro Z28 that I picked up as a project/"quarter life crisis" car about a year ago. It has about 170000 miles, less than 2k of which I've added--it spends most of its time driving back and forth to service shops :P
