TransX How to change MAJ body?

I messed up with a TransX plan after I ejected from Mars. I wanted to clear the plan and just start from scratch. I managed to delete all stages by setting the type of the first stage to None and pressing FWD (I wonder if this is how it's meant to be done). But, even though the Sun was around 90% influence, TransX still showed Mars as the MAJ reference for stage 1.

Is there a way to change the MAJ body to Sun in this situation?

I noticed that even if I edit the scenario by deleting all TransX settings from it, TransX will still pick Mars until I'm much further away, where sun's influence is >98%. Is this how TransX is supposed to pick the major body or am I doing something wrong?

I'm using the version that ships with Orbiter 2010.

If Mars provides ~10% of influence, then you're very close. Even if you messed something up, a correction burn will get you back on track. Even Orbit MFD will do

Right, so if I set up my Mars->Saturn plan, from scratch, while still under 10% Mars influence I should still start with a Mars ejection step? (Even though the present orbit with respect to Mars is hyperbolic?)
