How to get Orbiter Beta with SV Client

Is there any guide about how to get the orbiter beta? I downloaded the Tortoise Client but have no idea how to use it - or even how to open it! (if that is what I'm meant to do)

If you already installed TortoiseSVN, its options are already integrated in your right-click menu.
